Veteran Liaison Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veteran Liaison Officer to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Address concerns, disputes, and scheduling requests from Veteran clients
• Educate Veterans on VES and VA procedures and resolve potential issues
• Respond to feedback and follow-ups via email or calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or GED required
• Military Service required
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must reside permanently in the Continental US
• Ability to communicate with potentially violent or suicidal Veterans
