Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veteran Services Program Process Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate travel needs for Veterans or service members
  • Monitor documentation and process updates to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs
  • Investigate and resolve Veteran complaints in coordination with other teams


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of experience in operations and client service capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
