Job Summary
Leading the Veterans Disability Appeal Service Department, the full-time remote Veterans Disability Appeals Manager will manage personnel, oversee performance processes, and enhance operational efficiency to support clients navigating the disability appeals process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staffing, coaching, performance management, and employee development
- Implement KPIs and metrics while conducting regular performance reviews and quality audits
- Analyze business data to improve operations and customer experience, while developing training materials for the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
- Experience in data analysis and strategic planning based on results
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
