Leading the Veterans Disability Appeal Service Department, the full-time remote Veterans Disability Appeals Manager will manage personnel, oversee performance processes, and enhance operational efficiency to support clients navigating the disability appeals process.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage staffing, coaching, performance management, and employee development
  • Implement KPIs and metrics while conducting regular performance reviews and quality audits
  • Analyze business data to improve operations and customer experience, while developing training materials for the team
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Experience in data analysis and strategic planning based on results
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
