Job Summary
To support the distribution services of a growing company, the full-time Veterinarian Customer Onboarding Specialist will coordinate client onboarding processes, verify customer data, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinates kickoff scheduling, environment readiness, and required access using approved playbooks and service catalogs
- Collects and verifies customer data, contracts, and technical prerequisites against onboarding checklists and policy thresholds
- Records onboarding progress, tickets, and artifacts to maintain traceable, audit-ready work products and handoffs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer operations, order management, implementation coordination, or a related field required
