Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
  • Gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments effectively
  • Guide emotional conversations calmly and meet all productivity and performance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Zoom
  • Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
  • Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required for the position
