Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Provide customer service by engaging with pet families and answering a high volume of calls
- Gather and document pet medical information while meeting productivity and performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
- Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
- Attendance at a mandatory 4-week training program is essential
