Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to work from home with a wired Ethernet connection
  • Familiarity with custom software and programs such as Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
