Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Provide customer service by handling a high volume of calls and documenting pet medical information
  • Meet productivity and performance standards while ensuring stellar service to pet families and veterinarians
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
  • Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
  • Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
