Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Provide customer service by engaging with pet families and answering a high volume of calls
  • Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
  • Experience in a work-from-home environment or minimal peer interactions
  • Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
