Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information
- Meet productivity and performance standards while providing exceptional service to pet families and veterinarians
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots not supported
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
- Previous work-from-home experience or minimal peer interaction
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
