Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service in a remote veterinary care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
- Gather and document pet medical information while meeting productivity and performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots not supported
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment preferred
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
