Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Engage with pet families through positive customer service interactions and manage a high volume of calls
  • Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Must have a wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
  • Previous work-from-home experience or minimal peer interaction is preferred
  • Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
