Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Engage in positive interactions with pet families and manage a high volume of calls
  • Document pet medical information accurately and meet productivity and performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in high call volume customer service or call center settings
  • Wired Ethernet connection is required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred
  • Attendance in a mandatory 4-week training program is required at the start of employment
