Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Provide customer service by answering a high volume of calls and engaging positively with pet families
- Gather and document pet medical information while meeting productivity and performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
- Reliable wired Ethernet connection is required for the position
