Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care and behavioral challenges for pets
  • Engage in positive customer service interactions and answer a high volume of calls
  • Document pet medical information accurately and meet performance standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
  • Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
  • Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
