Job Summary

  • Engage in positive customer interactions and manage a high volume of calls in a remote setting
  • Document pet medical information accurately and meet performance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to learn custom software and programs quickly
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Must have a wired Ethernet connection for work
  • Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
