Job Summary

- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Engage in positive customer interactions and manage a high volume of calls in a remote setting
- Document pet medical information accurately and meet performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to learn custom software and programs quickly
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Must have a wired Ethernet connection for work
- Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
