Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
- Gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
