Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service and support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with pet families through customer service calls and accurately document pet medical information
  • Meet productivity and performance standards while demonstrating dependability and flexibility
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
  • Previous experience working from home or with minimal peer interactions
  • Attendance at a mandatory 4-week training program is required
