Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service and support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Engage with pet families through customer service calls and accurately document pet medical information
- Meet productivity and performance standards while demonstrating dependability and flexibility
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
- Previous experience working from home or with minimal peer interactions
- Attendance at a mandatory 4-week training program is required
