Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to work from home with a wired Ethernet connection
  • Experience with custom software and applications such as Gmail and Zoom
  • Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
  • Must be punctual and meet attendance standards consistently
