Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care and behavioral challenges
• Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of calls
• Document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
• Ability to learn custom software and programs quickly
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
