Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage in positive customer interactions and answer a high volume of calls in a remote environment
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs like Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
• Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
