Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide customer service by engaging positively with pet families and answering a high volume of calls
• Gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots not supported
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
• Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
• Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
