Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Engage with pet families through positive customer service interactions and manage a high volume of calls
- Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to work from home with a wired Ethernet connection
- Familiarity with custom software and programs such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- Previous experience in a remote work setting with minimal peer interactions
- Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
