Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of calls
• Gather and document pet medical information, schedule appointments, and meet performance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Mandatory attendance at a 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
