Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of calls
- Gather and document pet medical information, schedule appointments, and meet performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
- Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Mandatory attendance at a 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
