Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide customer service by engaging with pet families and answering a high volume of calls
• Gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments accurately

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not supported
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
