Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pet End of Life Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide customer service by engaging positively with pet families and answering high volumes of calls
• Gather and document pet medical information while adhering to performance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Must have a wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
• Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
