Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Engage in positive interactions and answer a high volume of customer service calls
- Gather and document pet medical information while adhering to performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and various online tools
- Must have a wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
