Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Engage in positive interactions and answer a high volume of customer service calls
  • Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
  • Must have a wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
  • Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
