Key Responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life care and quality-of-life issues
• Engage in positive interactions with pet families and manage a high volume of customer service calls
• Document pet medical information accurately and schedule appointments effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to learn custom software and tools quickly
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection for internet access
• Attendance at a mandatory multi-week training program is required
