Job Summary
Providing exceptional client support, the part-time Remote Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails, assist with appointment scheduling, and collaborate with virtual team members to enhance the client experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch client experiences by addressing inquiries via phone and email related to appointments and pet care
- Triage calls and route them to appropriate team members while managing administrative tasks such as rescheduling appointments
- Utilize various software platforms to document interactions and communicate effectively with team members
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in the health industry
- Proficiency in handling a significant volume of emails and calls daily
- Experience with CRM software, such as Zendesk and Vetspire
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Access to a quiet workspace for professional communication during shifts
