Job Summary

Providing exceptional client support, the part-time Remote Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails, assist with appointment scheduling, and collaborate with virtual team members to enhance the client experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch client experiences by addressing inquiries via phone and email related to appointments and pet care
  • Triage calls and route them to appropriate team members while managing administrative tasks such as rescheduling appointments
  • Utilize various software platforms to document interactions and communicate effectively with team members
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in the health industry
  • Proficiency in handling a significant volume of emails and calls daily
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Zendesk and Vetspire
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Access to a quiet workspace for professional communication during shifts
