Job Summary

To provide compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care for pets, manage high call volumes, and document medical information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations about end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage positively with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting productivity and performance standards

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting attendance and performance standards
