Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations with pet families regarding end-of-life care while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations about end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Handle a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
• Meet productivity and performance standards while providing exceptional service to pet families and veterinarians

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Five9
• Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory training
