Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations about end-of-life care and quality-of-life issues while managing a high volume of customer service calls in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments efficiently

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools, including Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting performance and attendance standards
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
