Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Veterinary Care Coordinator, this position will manage high-volume customer service calls, guide emotional conversations regarding pet end-of-life care, and provide compassionate support to pet families while maintaining performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage positively with pet families and document medical information accurately
• Meet productivity and performance standards while working in a remote environment

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote setting with minimal peer interactions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
