Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care and quality-of-life issues while working remotely in a high-volume call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations with pet families about end-of-life and quality-of-life care
• Handle a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards while providing exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Google Calendar
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory training
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
