Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care while managing a high volume of customer service calls in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations about end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide exceptional customer service and document pet medical information accurately
• Adhere to schedules and meet productivity, quality, and performance standards

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs like Gmail and Google Calendar
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
