Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time remote Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care while managing a high volume of customer service calls and documenting pet medical information.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage positively with pet families and handle a high volume of customer service calls
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments effectively

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working from home or with minimal peer interactions
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting performance requirements
• Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
