Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations with pet families regarding end-of-life care while working remotely in a high-volume call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
  • Meet productivity and performance standards while providing exceptional service to pet families and veterinarians
Required qualifications
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
  • Dependability and punctuality in meeting attendance and performance standards
  • Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection for reliable internet access
