Job Summary
Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations with pet families regarding end-of-life care while working remotely in a high-volume call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
- Meet productivity and performance standards while providing exceptional service to pet families and veterinarians
Required qualifications
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Google Calendar
- Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
- Dependability and punctuality in meeting attendance and performance standards
- Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection for reliable internet access
