Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care for pets while working remotely in a high-call volume environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations about end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
• Meet productivity and performance standards while providing exceptional service to pet families and veterinarians

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory training
