Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care, manage high call volumes in a fully remote environment, and document pet medical information while adhering to performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations about end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage with pet families through positive customer service interactions and manage a high volume of calls
• Accurately document medical information and schedule appointments while meeting productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to learn custom software and programs quickly, including Gmail and Google Calendar
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory training
