Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations, manage a high volume of customer service calls, and document pet medical information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments efficiently

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting performance requirements
