Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time remote Veterinary Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of calls, guide emotional conversations regarding pet care, and document medical information for pet families seeking end-of-life services.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage positively with pet families while answering a high volume of customer service calls
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and other relevant programs
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Willingness to attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment
