Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations with pet families, manage high call volumes, and document pet medical information in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage positively with pet families while answering a high volume of customer service calls
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Dependability in meeting attendance and performance standards
• Willingness to attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment
