Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations about end-of-life care, manage high call volumes, and document pet medical information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage in positive customer service interactions with pet families and schedule appointments
• Document pet medical information accurately and meet productivity and performance standards

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting attendance and performance standards
