Job Summary

To support a compassionate team, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations and provide customer service to pet families seeking end-of-life care, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
• Meet productivity and performance standards while demonstrating dependability and flexibility

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to work from home with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
• Familiarity with software programs such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
• Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
