Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service in a fully remote environment, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will manage emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care, engage with pet families, and document medical information while adhering to performance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high volume of customer service calls
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments efficiently

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Google Calendar
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and training programs
