Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding pet end-of-life care, answer a high volume of calls, and document medical information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage with pet families through positive interactions and high-volume customer service calls
• Accurately document pets' medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Five9
• Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Reliable attendance and punctuality during shifts, including mandatory training
