Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Veterinary Care Coordinator will provide compassionate customer service and guidance to pet families during emotional conversations about end-of-life care while managing a high volume of calls.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage with pet families to provide exceptional customer service and document medical information accurately
• Adhere to performance standards, including punctuality and attendance, while managing call volume in a remote environment

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote setting with minimal peer interaction
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection for remote work
