Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations with pet families regarding end-of-life care while working remotely in a high-call-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Handle a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to performance standards, including attendance and scheduled breaks

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Reliable high-speed, hard-wired internet connection is mandatory
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment
