Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations, manage a high volume of customer service calls, and document medical information, all in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions and timely responses
• Accurately gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Reliable hard-wired Ethernet connection with high-speed internet service
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment
